  1. This offer is available to parents or carers who register their child for a childcare place at a Little Nursery and agree to the nursery's standard childcare terms and conditions.
  2. A £50 holding deposit must be paid to reserve the child's place. From the second month, the deposit will be credited against invoices and any unused balance will remain on the child's account until fully used. If the child attends on a fully government-funded basis, the remaining deposit may be refunded.
  3. The offer provides the child's first calendar month of childcare free of charge, based on the regular booking pattern agreed before the child's formal start date (the "Free Month"). For this offer, a month means one calendar month.
  4. The child should attend their normal booked sessions during the Free Month. Missed sessions cannot be exchanged, carried forward, refunded or replaced.
  5. The Free Month does not include settling-in sessions. Any settling-in sessions offered by the nursery are provided separately, free of charge, before the child's formal start date.
  6. Where the nursery is entitled to claim government-funded childcare hours during the Free Month, those hours will be claimed in the usual way. The offer applies only to fees that would otherwise be payable by the parent or carer. No cash payment, reimbursement, refund or other credit will be given for any part of the Free Month covered by government funding. Funded hours cannot be banked, transferred or used in a later month.
  7. The childcare arrangement continues after the Free Month under the nursery's standard childcare terms and conditions. To end the arrangement, the parent or carer must give one month's written notice or make one month's payment in lieu of notice, as set out in those terms.
  8. One month's written notice is also required to reduce the child's regular booking pattern or childcare commitment. Any reduction will take effect only after the notice period has expired.
  9. This voucher may be redeemed only once per child across the Little Nurseries Group. It cannot be reused at another Little Nursery following a relocation or transfer, or following a break in childcare and the child's later return.
  10. This offer has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and applies only to the child and booking for which it was accepted.
  11. If these promotional terms conflict with the nursery's standard childcare terms and conditions, these promotional terms will apply only in relation to this offer. The standard childcare terms and conditions will apply in all other respects.
  12. Nothing in these terms affects the parent's or carer's statutory rights.
